About WaziBot

WaziBot started to solve a problem we saw everywhere: small businesses already selling through WhatsApp, but spending hours every day typing the same answers, losing orders in long chat threads, and missing messages that came in overnight.

Why WhatsApp

In many parts of the world, WhatsApp isn't just a messaging app — it's where business actually happens. A customer finds a business, messages to ask a question, and expects to place an order or book an appointment right there in the same conversation. Most tools built for e-commerce assume a website and a checkout page; WaziBot starts from the conversation itself, because that's where the business owners we built this for were already working.

What we set out to build

Rather than another generic chatbot builder, we built an AI assistant that actually understands a specific business — its real products, its real prices, its real availability — and can carry a customer all the way from "hi, do you have..." to a confirmed, paid order or booked appointment, without needing the business owner to be online.

Where we are now

WaziBot started in Zimbabwe and today serves businesses worldwide, including support for payment methods relevant to each region — EcoCash for Zimbabwean businesses, and bank transfer and BLIK for businesses in Poland, on top of PayPal and cash. The product keeps growing based directly on what the small businesses using it every day actually need next.
